The staff is supportive, amazing.

the overall features were great. the rooms were comfortable and with a balcony, a really comfy bed, terrace.

The hotel was amazing and great, and the staff were amazing, truly enjoyed the marvellous location not far from the Plaza Catalunya, great transport links and Las Ramblas and other well-known areas of Barcelona. Had good sleep at the classic room with terrace, walls covered in mirrors and mirrors. Everywhere there was fairly clean. You guys made our stay fantastic.

The rooms were cool and with jacuzzi. There were a mini bar fridge, air conditioning and an individual safe.

Had a fantastic stay during our trip. The food was fresh and there were lots of dishes in the menu. The location was marvellous, not very far from Tibidabo. And the area was nice enough, just next door to La Rambla, Casa Battlo and Mila and Ramblas...

We had a blast at the hotel! The location was perfect for our family with kids, right next to tons of fun attractions. The highlight for us was the rooftop pool where we enjoyed relaxing afternoons. Breakfast was also fabulous, definitely a must-try!

In my wife's opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

The hotel is just half a block from the metro and close to many attractions. The rooms were modern and comfortable. Especially nice was antonella at the restaurant. Her warmth and detailed local tips. The spa was a great way to unwind, especially the dynamic water circuits.

This place was a great fit for a quick layover in Barcelona with good value for cost. The reception super nice team, giving us tips on the best local spots and subway routes. Be sure to check out the balcony view, it's a nice way to start the day.

The rooftop pools were a perfect escape, and it was great to unwind with a cocktail in hand. I loved the quaint terrace where I could sip coffee peacefully, although the location is in the bustling center.

Spacious room, cozy bed, with a lovely complimentary welcome drink and a satisfying breakfast selection that included plenty of choices, all situated just a 5-minute walk from Placa de Catalunya.

Couldn't ask for better.

Had an awesome group trip! We enjoyed live music at a local venue and relaxed at a wellness retreat nearby. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was unbeatable. Heads up , the room we booked was comfortable and clean, perfect for chilling after a day of exploring.

One downside was noise from the street, especially at night. We heard some loud chatter and movement in the hallway, which disturbed our sleep occasionally.

Staying here offered excellent hospitality, highlighted by a warm welcome and the attentive staff who catered to my every need, such as arranging a picnic box for my early departure. The room, although a bit small, was comfortable and well appointed, with nice details like a coffee machine. The breakfast included delicious options, including stewed partridge. Some minor issues arose, including small room size and a couple of missed housekeeping details, but they were promptly resolved.

I appreciated the elegant decor throughout the hotel, with its spacious lobby and subdued lighting that created a calming atmosphere.

More assistance with local transport options would help seniors.
